Stuffed lady finger with racheado masala
Stuffable vegetables such as brinjals, bitter guard, snake guard, zucchini can be stuffed with racheado masala or with a mixture of fried prawns and racheado masala. Racheado masala is also applied to cauliflower, baby corn and grilled.
Procedure:
Slit the lady fingers and apply salt inside and outside, then stuffed racheado masala and coat the slit with rava.
Heat a pan, add oil put the stuffed lady fingers on the pan and cook till done.
