Goan Chili chicken
The Goan style chili chicken doesn't involve deep frying unlike the Chinese version. This is also a dry recipe spiced up with green chilies. You could spike the heat or reduce it according to your preference. Ingredients: Chicken : 1 & 1/2 kg Vinegar : 2 tblsp Soya sauce : 1 tblsp (optional) Salt : to taste Ginger- garlic paste : 1 tblsp Ketchup : 2 tblsp Onions : 5 medium Green chilies : 4 - 5 Garlic (Indian) : 15 cloves Garam masala : 1 tblsp Fresh coriander : handful Procedure: Clean the chicken, add salt, vinegar, soy sauce, ketchup and ginger-garlic paste, mix it well and let it rest for an hour.
