Ingredients :
Squids : 4
Onion : 1
Garlic : 2 cloves
*Racheado masala : 2 tblsp
Oil : 2 tblsp
Rava : for quoting (optional)

Procedure :

Clean the squids and separate the wings and the tentacles and chop the them finely.

Heat a pan, add oil and finely chopped onion and garlic; and sauté till they turn translucent.
Then add the chopped wings and tentacles.

Cook the squids on a low flame, they will start releasing water, continue cooking till all the water dries up. Then add the racheado masala and mix well.

The filling is ready.

Stuff the squids with the filling and secure the opening with a toothpick or stitch it a with thread.

Heat a pan, put oil and fry the squids on a low flame. Give them a prick with a pointed knife or a toothpick as they tend to explode sometimes while frying .

To avoid caramelizing of the masala, I coat the squids with rava and fry them (coating is optional)
