Stuffed Capsicum

Procedure:
Sauté garlic and onion till translucent then add finely chopped potato and tomato and keep covered, sprinkle some water in between if it gets too dry.
Then add chopped prawns and salt to taste; and let them cook on a low flame.
Finally add racheado masala and mix well. The stuffing is ready.
Wash the capsicum, discard the stems and scoop out the seeds.
Stuff the prepared filling into the Capsicum, and fry them in some oil keeping them covered; initially keep them upside down (open side down) .
