Ragda dosa chaat

Dosa batter : 1 bowl
Ragda : 1 bowl
Tamarind sauce or chutney : as required 
Mint chutney: as required  (optional)
Onion (chopped) : 1 or 2
Coriander leaves (chopped) : handful 
Mint leaves (chopped) : 15 leaves 

Procedure :

Pour dosa batter over a medium hot pan, spread it out making concentric circles. Then put oil over it and wait until it becomes crisp and golden brown at the base.


When the dosa is done, transfer it into a plate, fold it into half and spread the ragda over one quarter of the dosa. Over that sprinkle some chopped onion, coriander leaves and mint leaves. (You can put mint chutney instead of mint leaves)

Then drizzle some tamarind sauce and top it with nylon sev. Fold the other half of the dosa over this and serve.
