Chocolate pudding
Ingredients :
Milk : 2 cups
Cocoa : 1/4 cup
Sugar : 1/2 cup
Cornflour : 3 tbls
Butter : 2 tbls
Vanilla : 1/2 tsp
Procedure :
Mix cornflour with some cold milk and combine everything together, then set aside.
Put the milk in a heavy bottom pot and let it boil. Combine cocoa powder and sugar together, then add some warm milk and mix well.
Pour the cocoa mixture into the remaining milk and mix well. When the milk comes to a boil, add the cornflour mixture and keep stirring continously until it thickens up. You could also drop in a few cubes of dark chocolate to intensify the flavour.
Then add butter and vanilla essence and mix well.
Pour the pudding into desired bowls or cups and allow it to cool down to room temperature. Then refrigerate.
