Irish Cream Pudding

Ingredients:

Pudding:
Milk : l litre
Sugar : 3/4 cup
Gelatin : 25 gms
Condensed milk : 3/4 cup
Dark rum : 1/4 cup
Instant coffee : 1-2 tblsp

Sauce:
water : 1/2 cup
Instant coffee : 1 tsp
Corn starch : 1 tblsp
Sugar : 2 tblsp
Dark rum : 2 tblsp

Procedure:

Mix together sugar and gelatin and add some water to it.

Boil the milk, add the gelatin mixture to it and mix well.

Add coffee and stir well until every thing is dissolved. Add condensed milk and rum and pour into a mould and allow it to cool. Refrigerate until it sets.

For the sauce take instant coffee, corn starch and sugar in a sauce pan add water and simmer until it thickens. Cool the sauce and add rum. Pour this on the pudding before serving.
