Mango sheera

Ingredients:
Rava : 1 cup
Chopped mango pieces : 1 cup
Sugar : 1/2 cup
Milk : 1 cup
Water : 1/2 cups
Saffron strands : pinch
Ghee : 4 tblsp
Salt : 3/4 tsp
Cardamom powder : 1 tsp 

Procedure:

Heat a saucepan and dry roast rava along with cinnamon and cloves until light brown (stir continuously throughout the recipe), then add two tablespoon ghee and roast for a few more minutes.

Add the chopped mango and stir and cook it till they are completely mashed up.

Then add sugar and salt and mix everything well.

Mean while boil the milk and water along and add the saffron strands to it.

Add boiled milk and water and mix well and cover it with a lid; then switch the flame off. Let it rest for a few minutes until all the milk is absorbed.

Finally add the remaining ghee and cardamon powder and mix well. Transfer to a plate and smoothen the surface, cut into pieces and serve.
