Chocolate Sheera

This Sheera is for the chocolate lovers.

Ingredients:
Rava : 1 cup
Sugar : 1/2 cup
Water : 1 cup
Milk : 1 & 1/2 cup
Butter : 4 tblsp
Cocoa powder : 4 tblsp
Salt : 3/4 tsp
Vanilla essence : 1 tsp

Procedure:

Heat a saucepan and dry roast rava until light brown (stir continuously throughout the recipe), then add two tablespoons of butter and roast for few more minutes.

Add sugar, salt, cocao powder and vanilla essence and mix well.

Mean while boil the milk and water and add it to the roasted rava. Mix well, cover it with a lid and cook on a low flame until all the liquid is absorbed.

Finally add the remaining butter and mix well.

Transfer it to a plate and smoothen the surface. Cut into pieces and serve.
