Pina colada ice cream
Ingredients :
Coconut cream : 1/2 cupWhipping cream : 3/4 cup
Powdered sugar : as required
Processed pineapple : 3/4 cup
White rum : 2 - 3 tblsp (optional)
Procedure:
Whisk the whipping cream and coconut cream (both should be cold), add sugar depending on the sweetness of the whipping cream.
Add add chopped processed pineapple and mix well (reserve some for the topping & avoid putting the syrup); then put it in the freezer to set.
When it is half set, take it out from the freezer and mix it with a fork to evenly distribute and elevate the settled pieces of pineapple.
To the remaining pineapple and it's syrup add rum and use it as a topping.
