Poha in yogurt
Ingredients:
Poha : 2 cups
Yogurt : 2 cups
Sugar : 2 tblsp
Salt : 1/2 tsp
Tempering:
Oil : 1 tblsp
Mustard : 1 tsp
Cumin : 1 tsp
Curry leaves : 1 sprig
Green chili : 1 - 2
Ginger : 1 inch piece
Procedure:
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard and let them splutter; then add cumin, curry leaves, slit green chilies and chopped ginger and sauté it for a while.
Then add yogurt, sugar and salt and mix well.
Clean the poha, wash it in slightly warm water. They should be soft before proceeding further.
Then add it to the yogurt mixture.
