Prawn or clams cutlet

Prawn or clams cutlet are made with shell fish and potato and Goa's famous jeere meere masala.

Ingredients:
Onions : 2
Ginger : 1 Inch piece
Garlic : 4 cloves
Green chili : 2
Fresh coriander : handful
Prawns or clams : 1/2 cup (cleaned)
Potatoes : 2 (medium)
Vinegar : 1 tsp
Rava : for coating
Salt : to taste
Oil : for shallow frying.

Procedure:

Boil and mash the potatoes add chopped coriander and green chilies.

Sauté chopped Onions and transfer into a bowl. Add chopped ginger and garlic.

Fry chopped prawns or clams on a griddle.

Mix the potatoes, onion and prawns together. Add Jeere meere masala, vinegar and Salt to taste.

Take some mixture and make balls, flatten them and coat with rava.

 Put on a griddle and fry both sides.
