Cheese cake ice cream

Cheese cake ice cream is a blend of ice cream, cheese and cake. It can be flavoured with berries preserve or any other fruit preserve of your choice.

Ingredients : 
Berries : 1 cup
Sugar : 2 tblsp 
Whipping cream (Dairy) : 1 cup
Sugar : 1/2 cup (if cream is not sweet)
Cheese spread : 2 - 3 tblsp
Berry cake/ sponge cake : 150 gms (1 cup)

Procedure:

Wash the berries, trim off their stems and chop them fine. Put them in a small pot, add 2 tblsps of sugar and cook it on a low flame until the berries are cooked and you get a sauce consistency. Allow it to cool down, then freeze.


Chop the cake into fine pieces and freeze them.


Take chilled whipping cream in a large bowl and whisk it till it becomes stiff, then add powdered sugar (if the whipping cream is not sweet) and cheese spread and whisk again.


Add the fruit preserve and the cake pieces (berry cake or sponge cake) and mix it well. 


Put the mixture into a container and spread it evenly and top it with some fruit preserve and pieces of cake. 

Then keep it in the freezer until it becomes firm.
