Bitter gourd with prawns and racheado masala 

Ingredients:
Bitter gourd : 2
Salt : 2 tsp
Onion : 1
Prawns : 8  - 10
Racheado masala : 2 tblsp 
Oil : 3 tblsp 

Procedure:

Wash, deseed and chop the gourds thinly; add salt and place it under some weight for 45 minutes to an hour. Extra salt is used to neutralise the bitterness of the gourds.

Rinse the chopped gourd in water, squeeze all the water and sauté it in some oil, keeping it covered in between. When half done add chopped onion and cleaned prawns and  sauté further till the onion turn light brown. 

Finally add Racheado masala and mix well.
