Egg Salad

Ingredients :
Eggs : 2 - 3
Onion : 1 medium 
Green chili : 1
Coriander : handful 
Vinegar : 2 tblsp 
Salt : to taste 
Oil : as required 


Procedure :

Boil the eggs, remove the shell and chop them fine.


Finely chop the onions, green chili, coriander and add salt and vinegar and mix well. 


Put the chopped eggs into the onions and mix well. You may add pepper powder instead of chilies and also some mayonnaise if you wish. 


Serve it as a side dish with meals or make a sandwich or just top it over a toast or some cracker biscuits.
