Beef rava fry or Beef cutlet
Beef rava fry goes well as a snack and can be used for making burgers too. You could also use chicken breast instead of beef.
Ingredients :
Beef : 1/2 kg
Cafreal masala : 2 - 3 tbls
Salt : to taste
Rava : as required
Oil : as required
Procedure :
Wash the meat and cut it into thin fillets and tenderize it by whacking them with the back of a knife (vertical and horizontal) making sure it doesn't cut it through.
Marinate the meat with salt and green masala and leave it for a while.
Dredge the fillets in rava or bread crumbs on both the sides.
Then shallow fry them in oil on both the sides until nicely cooked.
