Lady finger or Okra bhaji

Lady finger bhaji Goan style 

Ingredients :
Lady fingers : 20
Oil : 1 tblsp 
Onion : 1
Chili : 1 - 2
Kokum rinds : 10
Grated coconut : 3 - 4 tblsp 
Salt : to taste 

Procedure:

Heat oil in a pot, add chopped onions and sauté till translucent.

Then add thinly sliced lady fingers, chopped kokum and slit green chili. Mix it well, cover with a lid and cook it over a low flame.  Do not add any water. 

While cooking it will become slimy, keep stirring and scrape the bottom every 2 to 3 minutes; cover it again and let it cook further. 

Once it is cooked, add salt, grated coconut and let it cook for another minute.
