Jackfruit seed laddoo

Ingredients:
Jackfruit seeds : 2 cups
Grated coconut: 1 cup
Jaggery : 1 cup
Pepper powder  : 1 tblsp

Procedure:

Roast the Jackfruit seeds in a pan.

Crush the seeds and peel the outer husk

Crumble the seeds by pounding them with a grinding stone or a mortar and pestle. 

Mix grated coconut, jaggery then add pepper powder (1 tblsp sounds too much but it aids digestion) and the crushed jackfruit seeds. 


Mix everything well and shape into laddoos.
