Neer dosa or rice crepes


Neer Dosa are thin rice crepes made with or without coconut.

Ingredients:
Raw rice : 2 cup
Coconut : 1 cup
Cooked rice : 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
oil : as required

Procedure:

Wash the rice thoroughly and soak it overnight for 7 - 8 hours. Then grind it the next day along with coconut and cooked rice.

Add salt and water to make a very thin batter. 


Heat a pan, lightly oil it; then pour a  laddle full of the batter and spread it all over swirling it around.


Cook covered and transfer to a plate once done. Need not flip them. 


Serve with sweetened coconut milk or green chutney.
