Chicken Cafreal - Florentine style

Ingredients:
Chicken with skin : 1 

Masala :
Green chilies : 4 - 5 (less spicy)
Fresh coriander : 2 cups
Pepper corns : 5
Coriander seeds : 1 tblsp
Cinnamon : 1 inch
Mace : 1 blade
Garlic : 10 cloves
Vinegar : as required
White rum : 2 - 3 tblsp
Onion : 1
Oil : 4 tblsp

Procedure:

Cut chicken into pieces, apply salt, ground masala and some white rum. Keep refrigerated over night or at least for 2 - 3 hours before cooking.

Chop the onion and sauté it in some oil.

Add the marinated chicken and cook it on a low flame.

After cooking remove the chicken pieces from the gravy.

And grill them with some oil to caramelize them.

Reduce the gravy the on a low flame for a while.

And coat the chicken pieces in the reduced gravy.

Serve with bread.
