Toddy cocktail

Toddy or palm wine is an alcoholic beverage extracted from the sap of various species of palm tree which is very sweet when freshly collected and tends to get sour as time progresses. 

Ingredients :

Fresh toddy : 1/2 cup

Pineapple juice : 1/2 cup

Procedure :

Mix the coconut toddy and the fruit juice together.

You may alter the ratio according to your preference and use other juices of your choice.
