Chunacho bol or chun poli

Chunacho bol is a sweet roti stuffed with coconut and jaggery filling.

Ingredients:

Dough:
Wheat flour : 2 cups
Water : as required
Salt : to taste

Filling:
Coconut : 1& 1/2 cups
Jaggery : 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder : 1/2 tsp

Procedure:

Take a bowl, put flour, salt and add water to make a soft dough.

Mix grated coconut and jaggery and some cardamom powder.

Take a dough ball and stuff it with some coconut filling.

Seal the edges to make a ball, flatten it slightly using your fingers. 


Then roll it into a disc keeping the sealed side down. 

Heat a pan and gently place the roti over it,

Flip it and cook on both the sides.
