Clams sukhe dry

Ingredients
Oil : 1 tblsp
Onion : 1
Garlic : 5 - 6 cloves
Tomato : 1  clams
Green chilies : 1 - 2
Clams : 1 bowl
Kokum : 5 - 6 rinds 
Grated coconut  : 1/2 cup
Salt : 1 tsp
Sweetener as per taste

Procedure:

Heat oil and sauté onions until light brown, add crushed garlic, tomatoes and green chilies; and sauté until it forms a paste. 

Put jeere meere masala and the clams, salt and kokum rinds and cook on a low flame stirring in between for 2 - 3 minutes. 

Then add one cup water, cover and cook. Finally add grated coconut and sweetener to taste.
