Milk and cheeselings soup

Milk soup with cheeselings or crakers 

Ingredients :
Onion : 1
Tomato : 1
Garlic : 5 - 6 cloves (Indian)
Water : 3 cups
Milk : 1 cup 
Soya sauce : 1 tblsp 
Parmesan cheese  : 2 tblsp (optional)
Stock cube : 1
Fresh coriander : handful 
Salt : to taste 

Procedure :

Sauté chopped onion until translucent, add chopped tomatoes and sauté further until they become mushy.  Then add finely chopped garlic and coriander stem and mix it well. 

Add water, milk and stock cube and bring it to a boil. 
After it boils, add soya sauce, grated parmesan cheese, salt to taste and chopped coriander. Mix well and switch off the flame. 


Serve it with cheeselings or any other salted crakers.
