Mango chutney

Mango chutney

Ingredients:
Grated coconut : 1 cup
Raw mango  :  2 - 3 pieces 
Green chilies: 1 - 2
Oil : 1 tblsp 
Asafetida (shankar brand hing) : 1/2cm piece
Pepper : 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek seeds: 1/8 tsp
Mustard  : 1 tsp
Jaggery  : 2 tsp
Salt : to taste

Procedure:

Heat oil a pan and roast the asafetida, pepper, fenugreek and mustard seeds. 

Grind coconut, green chilies, mango pieces along with the roasted spices and salt and jaggery.
