Tandoori potatoes
Vegetarian tandoori
Ingredients :
Baby potatoes : 4 - 5
Curd : 3 tblsp
Ginger garlic paste : 1/2 tsp
Chili powder : 2 tsp
Chaat masala: 1 tsp
Cumin powder : 1/2 tsp
Kasuri methi : 1/2 tsp
Oil : 2 tblsp
Salt : 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice : 1/2 lemon
Procedure:
Wash the potatoes thoroughly, boil them, prick the skin with a fork and gently flatten them.
Take a bowl, put all the spices, curd and 1 tablespoons oil.
And prepare a marinade
Put the potatoes into the marinade and leave it for 1 or 2 hours.
Heat a pan, grease it with oil and grill the potatoes over the pan.
