Sol kadi (muddo) or kokum curry
Sol kadi is good for digestion and is usually had after a heavy meal.
Ingredients:
Kokum rinds : 12 - 15
Garlic : 1 - 2 cloves
Water : 2 cups
Green chilies : 2
*Asafetida(shankar brand hing) : 1/4 inch piece
Coriander : 1 - 2 sprigs
Salt : around 1 tsp
Sugar/stevia : to taste
Procedure:
Crush garlic and asafetida.
Boil water in a pot, add kokum rinds, crushed garlic, asafetida and slit green chilies. Cover with a lid and allow it to cool down.
When it's about lukewarm add chopped coriander and salt and sweetener to taste.
* You can use asafetida powder instead of shankar brand
